I feel that maintaining and watching your digital footprint is a very important part of staying safe online. Everything you do online can be traced back to you. once you post something it can never be taken down.

You also need to think of what you post of others. if you post a embarrassing video of someone it could go viral and completely ruin their life. for example there is a video of a kid being asked what 9+10 is and he answered “21”. after the video got popular the kid was bullied at school even to the point of him running away from home.

This is proof that you need to think before you post. it also shows how something as little as a 7-second video can ruin a lot in your life.
